Standard return window
Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full credit. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which remains valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.
Special-order items cannot be returned or refunded.
Condition of returned items
Returned items must be unused and in their original resalable condition. All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be intact.
Refunds, shipping, and calibration
- Credit is issued once items are received, inspected, and approved
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Charges for calibration on new products are non-refundable
- Customers pay return shipping unless the return is the result of a shipping error on our part
How to obtain an RMA
Contact customer service to start the return. Please have your purchase date, P.O. number, invoice or order number, and reason for return ready when you contact us.

Preparing your return
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the original packing slip with the reason for return noted
- Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
Damaged or defective products
Report shipping damage within 1–2 business days of delivery and include photos of the damage and the packaging.
For defective items, contact us so we can coordinate warranty support with the manufacturer.
