Frequently Asked Questions

What is a sourcing request?

A sourcing request lets you tell us exactly what industrial part or component you need. Our team searches our network of suppliers and manufacturers to locate the item, often finding parts that are out of stock, discontinued, or hard to find through standard distribution channels.

How long does it take to get a quote?

Most sourcing requests receive an initial response within 24 business hours. Complex or specialty items may take 2–3 business days as we verify availability and pricing across multiple supplier channels.

Is there a fee for submitting a sourcing request?

No. Submitting a sourcing request is completely free with no obligation. You only pay if you decide to move forward with the quoted price and place an order.

What types of parts can you source?

We specialize in industrial electrical supplies and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) components—including circuit breakers, contactors, PLCs, drives, sensors, relays, transformers, and more from major manufacturers like Siemens, ABB, Eaton, Schneider Electric, and Allen-Bradley.

Can you source parts that are discontinued or on backorder?

Yes. This is one of our core strengths. We maintain relationships with independent suppliers, surplus dealers, and authorized distributors worldwide, giving us access to discontinued, obsolete, and backordered parts that are unavailable through standard channels.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to customers worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination. Our team will include shipping options and estimated delivery times in your quote.
