Refund and Returns Policy
- Standard Return Period: Item(s) may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full credit. Returns requested outside this period may be subject to denial or restocking fees.
- Special Order Items: These cannot be returned or refunded.
- Return Authorization: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). RMAs are valid for 30 days. Items not shipped within this period will be sent back to the sender.
- Condition of Returns: Items must be returned unused, in their original and resalable condition.
- No stickers, markings, or labels should be added to the product or its packaging.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, documentation, and applicable calibration certificates must be intact and returned with the item.
- We reserve the right to withhold credit or charge a fee if these conditions are not met.
- Refunds: Credit will be issued once the item(s) is received, inspected, and approved.
- Shipping Costs: Non-refundable.
- Calibration Services: Charges for calibration on new products are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error.
Returns Process
- Obtaining an RMA:

- Provide the following information:
- Date of purchase
- P.O. number
- Invoice number and/or Order number
- Reason for return
- Contact our Customer Service to request an RMA.
- Preparing Items for Shipment:
- Pack the item(s) securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Include the original packing slip with the reason for return noted.
- Mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package (do not write on the manufacturer’s packaging).
- Send to the designated returns address provided with your RMA.
Upon Receipt:
- Your return will be inspected upon arrival. We will notify you about the status of your return and process your credit following approval.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Report Damages: Contact us within 1-2 business days if your order arrives damaged, providing photos of the damage for a swift resolution.
- Defective or Warranty Issues: Contact us immediately for items that arrive defective or experience problems during the warranty period. We will coordinate with the manufacturer for warranty claims, ensuring you never have to deal directly with them.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are non-cancelable and non-returnable include special-order items, consumables, and services such as calibration.
- Hazardous materials are subject to specific return restrictions due to shipping limitations. Please contact our Customer Service for guidance on returning such items.
